4 Day Package
8 Day Package
We are offering select 3 Day and 6 Day Packages in June and July. Our 3 Day rate is $5,795 and 6 Day rate is $9,895 per person.
All prices are subject to a possible fuel surcharge and excess baggage charges.
Corporate rates, large group discounts, child rates, and rates that include prepaid gratuities are available upon request. Please call or email for more details.
- Our rates are based on groups of 2 people or more.
- For single occupancy, please add $125 per day to the package price.
- For groups with an uneven number, a surcharge may apply.
Taxes, fly-outs, spa-treatments, excess baggage charges, fishing license, liquor, beer, wine and store purchases, gratuities (unless they are prepaid), and possible fuel surcharges,
Fly-Out Locations
Bear Lake, Bigstone Lake, Hackland Lake, The Hayes River
Reservations for fly-out locations are made upon arrival, pricing to be determined at that time.
Payments
All prices are in US dollars and all taxes, possible fuel surcharges, possible baggage charges and cost of fishing license will apply.
A nonrefundable deposit is due within 10 days of booking. A reservation is not considered firm until a deposit is received at the offices of North Haven Resort.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
We prefer all payments to be made by bank wire or ACH transfers. Checks may be accepted in certain circumstances after approval from North Haven Resort. Credit card payments will be subject to a surcharge. Please contact your financial institutes prior to making payments if necessary.
Last Minute Bookings
Full payment must accompany any reservation that is made less than two weeks in advance of trip.
Final Payments
All final payments are due 60 days prior to your arrival at the resort.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the first day of the trip will result in loss of deposits. All other monies paid will be a credit for the following season. No monies will be refunded. Cancellations made more than 60 days, but less than 90 days, prior to the first day of the trip will result in the loss of deposits, plus a $1,500 per person cancellation fee. All other monies paid will be a credit to be used the following season. No monies will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the first day of the trip will result in a loss of all monies paid. No refunds will be offered, and no credit will be granted for the following season. If North Haven Resort is able to resell your reserved spaces, a credit, minus all deposits and a $1,500 per person service fee, may be granted for the following season. North Haven Resort will not be held responsible for any trip cancellations for any reason including, but not limited to, weather, sickness, flight cancellations by any airlines, or acts of war. North Haven Resort is in the remote Canadian wilderness. No refunds or credits will be offered for any delays or cancellations of the charter flight from Winnipeg to the resort. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
Resort Purchases
All resort purchases are in US dollars. We prefer all payments to be made by credit card while North Haven Resort, so surcharge will apply to these payments.
